云南个旧及宣威地区是云南省肺癌的两大点状高发区，个旧以矿工为高发人群，宣威以农民为高发，已引起世界关注．该两地区肺癌发生的病因已初步阐明．为深入研究其发病的分子生物学基础，以个旧矿工肺癌２６例，宣威农民肺癌１５例，应用ＰＣＲ－ＳＳＣＰ法研究Ｐ５３第５～８
Yunnan Gejiu and Xuanwei districts are the two major high-incidence areas of lung cancer in Yunnan Province. Gejiu used miners as the high-risk population, and Xuanwei had high incidence of farmers, which has aroused worldwide concern. The causes of lung cancer in these two regions have been initially elucidated. In order to thoroughly study the molecular biological basis of its pathogenesis, 26 cases of lung cancer by Gejiu miners and 15 cases of lung cancer by farmers in Xuanwei were studied by PCR-SSCP method.
