目的随着人口老龄化,老年人T2DM发病率日益增多,成为老年人最常见的疾病之一,严重威胁老年人的健康。3-脱氧葡葡糖醛酮是美拉德反应的中间产物之一,是糖尿病慢性并发症发生的重要风险因子之一。同时研究发现,伴随衰老,体内3-DG呈高水平状态,且3-DG本身也可引起糖代谢的异常,提示3-DG可能是老年糖耐量异常及T2DM发生、发展的风险因子之一。
Objective With the population aging, the incidence of T2DM in the elderly is increasing, becoming one of the most common diseases in the elderly and seriously threatening the health of the elderly. 3-Deoxyglucosone is one of the intermediate products of Maillard reaction and is one of the important risk factors of chronic complications of diabetes. At the same time, it was found that the 3-DG was in a high level with aging, and 3-DG itself could cause abnormal glucose metabolism. It suggested that 3-DG may be one of the risk factors for the occurrence and development of T2DM in elderly with impaired glucose tolerance.
