Objective To study the pathogenicity of Vibrio anguillarum isolated from a coastal seawater. Methods ① Toxicity experimental group: 35 secondary Kun Bai mice were randomly divided into 4 groups. The experimental group was intraperitoneal injected with Vibrio parahaemolyticus. The positive control group was injected intraperitoneally with standard S. aureus, standard E. coli and negative control group by intraperitoneal injection Sterile saline. Wound infection experimental group: 35 mice without specific pathogen were randomly divided into 4 groups: experimental group (soaked in artificial seawater containing bacteria) and positive control group (containing standard Staphylococcus aureus, standard Escherichia coli ), Negative control group (soaked artificial sterile seawater). The general condition of mice, blood routine test, blood culture, bacterial culture of organ, culture of wound secretions, pathological examination of organs and injured limbs were observed. Nucleic acid fingerprints of the isolates from mice and pre-experiment were compared. Confirm the source of bacteria. Results ① Toxicity test: After inoculation of bacterial suspension in marine fish vibrio group (sea fish group), the general situation was poor, lasting 24 h. Multiple organ edema and degeneration were found in pathological examination. Wound infection test: The positive rate of wound infection in the experimental group and the positive control group was 100%. A large amount of neutrophil infiltration was seen in the subcutaneous and striated muscle of the injured limbs of the marine fish group and the positive control group in the pathological examination, and cellulitis was formed. Conclusion Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolated from a coastal area is infectious at 10 6 CFU / ml and can cause wound infection in experimental mice
