远大空调有限公司作为一家私营企业,为降低生产成本和提高生产效率,积极实践精益生产方式。在实施精益生产的过程中,公司努力协调各部门的关系,推进制度化管理、全面质量管理、看板管理和7S管理,追求持续改进。在未来的发展中,远大空调有限公司还需要完善生产作业的标准化,进行流程再造,强化营销和品牌以及加强员工培训。
