为了研究V锁式接链环在循环载荷和冲击载荷作用下所表现的力学性能,采用ANSYS Workbench和LS-DYNA建立接链环的动力学模型,并对接链环进行有限元分析。通过分析得到了循环载荷作用下的接链环各组成等效交变应力云图和寿命云图,以及冲击载荷作用下的接链环各组成等效应力云图和冲击时的接触应力曲线。结果表明:接链环在循环载荷作用下同时存在着低周期疲劳和高周期疲劳,低周期疲劳区域的最小寿命为448次,高周期疲劳区域的最小寿命在20 000次循环以上,但低周期疲劳区域范围很小;冲击载荷作用下接链环所受的最大应力约为450 MPa,小于其屈服极限,并不能造成破坏,但冲击过程相当于一个阻尼振动过程,反复的振动相当于疲劳作用。
In order to study the mechanical properties of V-lock link under the cyclic load and impact load, the dynamic model of the link is established by using ANSYS Workbench and LS-DYNA, and the finite element analysis of the link is carried out. Through the analysis, the equivalent alternating stress cloud chart and life cloud chart of each component of the connecting link under the cyclic loading are obtained, and the equivalent stress maps and the contact stress curves at impact of the connecting link under impact load are obtained. The results show that there is low cycle fatigue and high cycle fatigue in the connecting link under cyclic load. The minimum service life is 448 in the low cycle fatigue zone and the minimum service life is above 20,000 cycles in the high cycle fatigue zone. However, The range of fatigue area is very small; under the impact load, the maximum stress of connecting chain ring is about 450 MPa, less than its yield limit, and can not cause damage, but the impact process is equivalent to a damping vibration process, repeated vibration is equivalent to fatigue .
