目的探讨益气软肝汤抗肝纤维化的疗效。方法应用益气软肝汤治疗慢性肝炎、肝炎后肝硬化５０例与对照组（５０例）的透明质酸（ＨＡ），层粘连蛋白（ＬＮ），Ⅲ型前胶原蛋白（ＰⅢＰ）比较。结果对治疗组中的１２例肝炎后肝硬化患者治疗前后门脉内径差值（ｍｍ）与ＰⅢＰ差值（μｇ／Ｌ）相关比较，两者呈密切正相关关系（ｒ＝０．９１５６，Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论益气软肝汤可抑制纤维组织增生，改善肝脏微循环，降低门脉压力，缩小门脉内径，从而减少出血机会
Objective To investigate the effect of Yiqi Ruangan decoction on hepatic fibrosis. [Methods] Yiqi Ruangan Decoction was used to treat 50 cases of chronic hepatitis and posthepatitic cirrhosis. Compared with control group (50 cases), hyaluronic acid (HA), laminin (LN) and type III procollagen (PIIIP) were compared. Results The correlation between portal diameter difference (mm) and PIIIP difference (μg/L) before and after treatment in 12 patients with posthepatitic cirrhosis in the treatment group was positively correlated (r=0.9156,P). <0.01). Conclusion Yiqi Ruangan Decoction can inhibit fibrous tissue hyperplasia, improve liver microcirculation, reduce portal pressure, and reduce portal vein diameter, thereby reducing the chance of bleeding
