在现场足尺节段模型试验中发现4根轨索的索力既不相同也不对称。由于轨索力的不均匀会带来荷载的不均匀分配,同时造成各根轨索荷载作用下挠度的差异,势必会影响运梁小车的走行性与安全性,有必要研究轨索力的不均匀对整个运梁系统的影响并给出控制标准。采用BNLAS非线性软件建立了运梁小车与轨索运梁系统的有限元仿真模型,对运梁小车移动过程中轨索力不均匀的影响进行了分析。得出了荷载的分配与轨索线形的变化规律,并给出了其误差控制标准:单根轨索力误差值应该控制在±80kN,同一边2根轨索的误差应该控制在±40kN以内。

The distribution of load and the variation rule of the line are obtained, and the error control standard is given. The error value of single line should be controlled at ± 80kN and the error of the two lines on the same side should be controlled within ± 40kN .
