为了提高激光告警系统对激光照射角度的探测精度,提出了一种新的探测方法。该方法用柱透镜将激光汇聚成线光斑后再用二元光电探测器接收。二元光电探测器的两个光敏元设计成外形完全相同的直角梯形并拼接成矩形,当线光斑照射在矩形光敏区域内时,两光敏元分别接收到不等的光强,根据两输出信号差异计算激光照射方位。试验结果表明,这种方法能够较为准确地探测激光照射方位,设计的测试系统对激光入射角度的探测误差小于±0.21°,优于传统的非成像通道识别技术。
In order to improve the detection accuracy of laser warning system to laser irradiation angle, a new detection method is proposed. The method uses a cylindrical lens to converge the laser beam into a linear spot and then receive it with a binary photodetector. The two photosensitive elements of the binary photodetector are designed into right-angled trapezoid with the same overall shape and are spliced into a rectangle. When the linear spot is irradiated in the rectangular photosensitive area, the two photosensitive elements respectively receive unequal light intensity, and according to the two output signals Difference Calculate laser irradiation azimuth.
