目的探讨生长抑素(somatostatin,SS)参与砖茶型氟铝联合中毒大鼠学习记忆障碍的作用机制。方法依据牧民饮茶习惯建立大鼠慢性砖茶型氟铝联合中毒动物模型,随机分为空白对照组、模型组。造模一年后进行八臂迷宫试验,观察2组大鼠空间学习记忆能力的差异,应用免疫组化方法检测造模1年后大鼠海马生长抑素表达变化。结果与空白对照组比较,大鼠八臂迷宫学习记忆能力在造模一年后差异有显著性意义(P<0.01),大鼠海马ss表达在造模一年后降低(P<0.01)。结论砖茶型氟铝联合中毒大鼠学习记忆障碍,脑组织ss表达降低。
Objective To investigate the mechanism of somatostatin (SS) involved in learning and memory impairment in brick-tea-type fluoroaluminum combined poisoning rats. Methods According to the habit of drinking tea by herdsmen, a chronic brick tea-type aluminum-fluoro-aluminum poisoning animal model was established and randomly divided into blank control group and model group. One year after model establishment, eight-armed maze test was conducted to observe the spatial learning and memory abilities of the two groups. The expression of somatostatin in the hippocampus was detected by immunohistochemistry after one year. Results Compared with the blank control group, the learning and memory abilities of the eight-armed maze in rats were significantly different after one year of modeling (P <0.01). The ss expression in hippocampus of rats decreased after one year (P <0.01). Conclusion Brick-tea fluoride-aluminum poisoning rats with learning and memory impairment, ss expression decreased.
