针对传统架线式电机车串电阻调速方式和直流斩波PWM调速方式存在的故障率高、维修量大、维修成本高、电能浪费严重等缺点和电机车的运行工况,以TMS320LF2407A DSP为核心,采用矢量控制策略和空间矢量脉宽调制技术,对原有电机车控制系统进行技术改造,研制出了直流架线式电机车变频驱动装置,实现了电机车的转速电流双闭环的高性能调速。对实验室测试数据的分析和现场使用证明,该驱动装置调速性能稳定良好,电机车维护工作量明显减少,可靠性完全达到矿山恶劣工况的要求。
