本文以社会学心理学之亲社会行为弱化理论为基本研究视角,对当前干部中存在的责任意识淡化进行了社会心理学的诠释,并结合现实问题,提出了加强干部责任意识建设的途径。
Based on the basic research perspective of pro-social behavior weakening in social psychology, this paper interprets the current desalination of responsibility among cadres in a social-psychological perspective and puts forward ways to strengthen the awareness of cadre responsibility.
