残障人士的出行问题由来已久,从交通工具的角度来说,世界上一些国家已经做出了先进范例,我国的相关制度也在不断进步。车厂的重视来源于国家的鼓励和对以人为本的渴求,而根据国内的实际情况,也许更多的着眼点应该向健全人驾驶、残疾人乘坐的车辆方向发展。清晨的上海街头,由于主办活动的地点离市区较远,所以开车前往偏远的场地,在地铁站等候其他同事到达。只见远方一辆早班车先下来一位老伯,双手擎着一架轮椅,放在地上后,复又上车,从车上背下一位老婆婆,艰难地把她扶上轮椅,朝阳映衬着他们弯曲的脊背,慢慢远去。
