跆拳道运动最早兴起于朝鲜半岛地区,它是一种具备简洁实用以及内外皆修的双重特质的搏击类体育运动项目,近年以来,跆拳道运动凭借其作为健身项目以及竞技体育运动项目的爽双重定位标签而深受广大国民群体的学习与青睐,学习并参加跆拳道运动项目对学生们的身体素质的有效改良具有重要的作用,本文将就跆拳道的训练方式以及其对学习者的身体素质的具体影响展开论述。
Taekwondo was first established in the Korean Peninsula area. It is a kind of fighting sports with conciseness and practicality as well as internal and external training. In recent years, Taekwondo has relied on its double-positioning tag as a fitness program and an athletic sport. However, learning and favoring by the majority of nationals, learning and participating in the Taekwondo athletic program plays an important role in the effective improvement of the students ’physical fitness.
