三粒小麦(Trigrain Wheat)是陈济世等1973年选育出来的,其特点是每朵小花有3个雌蕊,可结三粒种子.这一特征在遗传上表现稳定,连续种植20多年,仍保持其三粒性状,为此,有关专家曾建议将它定为一个亚种.我们曾对三粒小麦的胚胎发育做过系统的研究.本文拟通过苗期过氧化物酶及可溶性蛋白质代谢动态的分析,对三粒小麦特殊的遗传性状和甘肃省种植面积较大的普通小麦(甘麦8号)进行比较研究,探讨其异同,为农业生产上更好地利用这一小麦基因库中新的种质资源提供一些基础资料.
