地球庞大的生物群落广泛地参与了岩石圈浅层、水圈和大气圈的物理和化学性质的改造过程.认识生物圈及其与其他各圈层相互作用,具有重要的地球系统科学意义.近年来,随着生物地球科学的发展,地球物理学方法和技术开始被应用于地质微生物改造作用、地球物理场对生物的影响等研究,从而产生了生物地球物理学这一新的分支交叉学科.本文评述了生物地球物理学的产生和一些最新研究进展,旨在促进生物地球科学的发展与深化.
The vast biological community on earth is widely involved in the physical and chemical transformation of the shallow, hydrosphere and atmosphere of the lithosphere, and the understanding of the biosphere and its interaction with other spheres has important scientific implications for the Earth system. With the development of bio-geosciences, geophysical methods and techniques are beginning to be applied to the researches on the effects of geo-microbial transformation and the influence of geophysical fields on organisms, resulting in a new interdisciplinary branch of bio-geophysics. Comment on the emergence of biogeophysics and some recent research progress, aimed at promoting the development and deepening of bio-geosciences.
