以往现场上使用的静态混合器大多数是从化工行业移植过来的,多属于纯机械分割式的,对聚合物粘度的降解作用过大。为解决这一问题,设计了一种新型静态混合器,并通过试验对该静态混合器的粘损状况和混合程度进行了检验。其结果表明该静态混合器符合现场要求。为使该静态混合器能够在现场顺利推广,本文介绍了旋流与分割相结合式静态混合器在推广使用时所需水力参数的计算方法,并根据理论计算和试验结果绘制了各种在施工设计过程中所需要的曲线,从而为现场进行施工设计提供了理论依据。
Most of the static mixers used on site in the past were transplanted from the chemical industry. Most of them are purely mechanical separators and have a large effect on the degradation of polymer viscosity. In order to solve this problem, a new type of static mixer was designed and the static mixer’s viscosity loss and mixing degree were tested. The results show that the static mixer meets the field requirements. In order to make this static mixer popularize smoothly in the field, this paper introduces the calculation method of hydraulic parameters required by the combination of cyclone and split static mixer. According to the theoretical calculation and test results, The curve needed in the design process provides a theoretical basis for on-site construction design.
