品牌是一个企业的软实力,企业经济效益的获取很大部分都是由企业品牌获取,品牌口碑较好的企业必然能在新形势的市场中获得先机,地产企业也是如此,尤其是在商业地产行业迅速变化的今天,商业地产企业品牌经营更显的意义非凡。鉴于此,笔者将在下文对地产企业品牌经营进行探究,分析其经营策略。
Brand is the soft power of an enterprise. Most of the enterprise’s economic benefits are acquired by the enterprise brand. Enterprises with good brand reputation are bound to be able to get the first chance in the market of new situation. The same is true for real estate enterprises, especially in commercial Today’s rapidly changing real estate industry, commercial real estate business brand management even more significant. In view of this, I will explore the brand management of real estate companies in the following, analysis of its business strategy.
