今天的会议既是对去年召开的秘书长联席会议确定的任务和目标的总结和验证,同时也为我们四季度召开建材联合会会长全体会议做准备。在建材行业协会系统中,从宏观部署的层面上来讲,联合会是主体,但是在具体政策转换、调结构、补短板、错峰生产、增效益方面来讲,各个专业协会和省市协会是主体,组成了一盘棋。今天我主要讲三个问题。一、建材行业协会组织自身要在理论创新与实践创新中勇于作为,找回位置,发挥作用
