目的了解单位员工对实施聘用制度和岗位管理制度的认识程度及推行成效,收集推行过程中的问题及建议。方法采用随机抽样问卷调查法,对297名员工进行了调查,通过R×C列表检验和非参数秩和检验对结果进行分析。结论结合医院的实际情况,及时修订单位在实施事业单位聘用制和岗位管理制度中的偏差,建立起既符合事业单位岗位设置原则,在公平与效率之间寻找适合改革不同阶段的最佳平衡点,才能把科学的设岗和聘用原则进行下去。
Objective To understand the level of awareness and effectiveness of employees in implementing the employment system and job management system, and to collect the problems and suggestions in the implementation process. Methods A random sampling questionnaire was used to investigate 297 employees and the results were analyzed by R × C list test and nonparametric rank sum test. Conclusions Based on the actual situation in hospitals, we timely revised the discrepancies of units in the employment system and post management system, and established the best balance between fairness and efficiency in accordance with the principle of setting positions in public institutions. In order to proceed with the principle of setting up posts and employing hires in science.
