为进一步提高农产品质量安全水平,切实保障食品安全和消费安全,根据2014年中央农村工作会议精神和中央1号文件的有关要求,决定开展国家农产品质量安全县创建活动,特制定本方案。一、创建国家农产品质量安全县的重要意义农产品质量安全是食品安全的源头,事关人民群众身体健康和生命安全,事关农业农村经济可持续发展和全面建成小康社会目标实现。党中央、国务院高度重视农产品质量安全工作,做出一系列重大部署,采取一系列重要措施。各地区、各部门按照中央要求,不断加大工作力度,取得了积极进展和成效,农产品质量安全状况总体稳定、逐步向好。

The CPC Central Committee and the State Council attach great importance to the quality and safety of agricultural products, make a series of major deployments and adopt a series of important measures. All regions and departments in accordance with the requirements of the Central Government have continuously intensified their efforts and made positive progress and achievements. The quality and safety of agricultural products have been generally stabilized and gradually improved.
