UK Bearing factory has developed a so-called “GLAMAT-33” new type of plain bearings. The bearing is aluminum foil sleeve lined with a number of benzene stem sulfide (PPC) in the form of a sleeve. PPS is a high-temperature thermoplastic polymer that is weakly crosslinked after curing. The bearing design is oil lubricated and therefore has an oil hole or other means to facilitate oil ingress. The sleeve and the commonly used metal sleeve size and shape the same pressure into the bearing, the bearing and the coupling can get good concentricity. Designed to operate with lower oil flow, the bearing also achieves the same effect as a tin-base Babbitt bearing, thus requiring only a small reservoir to meet the lubrication requirements and simplifying some of the lubricating oil circulation system advantage. Due to the good surface affinity of polymers and oils, low abrasion can be achieved at start-up or under heavy load
