从农药安全评价机构的一般毒性试验过程以及GLP实验室信息化管理的角度出发,针对试验过程不规范、人工操作工作繁琐、效率低下、数据采集可靠性差以及数据整理、试验跟踪困难、计算复杂等诸多问题,提供了一个通过计算机软件实现一般毒性试验信息化管理的设计思路。根据试验过程的特点,首先整理了软件需求中需要注意的一些基本内容。在此基础上,提供了软件功能设计和系统设计的简要说明,包括功能模块划分、设计要点以及系统运行、管理、维护和验证所需的支持模块。最后是接口设计中需要注意的一些原则性问题。
