【目的/意义】对技术接受模型的演化与发展脉络进行系统梳理并据此总结该理论模型的发展趋势,丰富用户行为的理论研究。【方法/过程】在对技术接受模型理论演化过程梳理的基础上,利用文献计量进行国内外研究现状定量分析,主要从论文年度分布与学科分布、高频作者分析与技术接受模型研究热点挖掘三方面展开。【结果/结论】技术接受模型的未来研究趋势包括:引入新理论与外部变量趋势、应用新领域趋势与针对新对象趋势。 [Purpose / Significance] To systematically review the context of evolution and development of the technology acceptance model and summarize the development trend of the theory model, and enrich the theoretical research on user behavior. 【Method / Process】 On the basis of combing the evolvement of technology acceptance model theory, this paper makes a quantitative analysis of the status quo of research at home and abroad by using literature metrology, mainly from the annual distributive and subject distribution, high frequency author analysis and technology acceptance model research hotspot mining three Aspects [Results / Conclusions] Future trends in technology acceptance models include trends in new theories and external variables, trends in new areas and trends in new subjects.
