选取1985年至今的猪肉价格为研究对象,将我国猪肉市场分为城乡两个相对独立的市场,根据均衡转移模型的理论,从供给、需求及营销三个方面,分析外部因素对猪肉价格的影响程度。结果表明,生猪供给受投入品价格、养殖技术及风险等因素的影响,而猪肉消费受替代品价格、收入及人口等因素的影响,任何一个因素变动,都会刺激市场产生新的均衡,发生价格波动。城乡两市场对外部因素波动的反应程度是不同的。
