目的 研究制作实验性自身免疫性肌炎动物模型的方法。方法 利用豚鼠骨骼肌肌浆球蛋白 (蛋白浓度分别为 6g/L和 3g/L)加完全弗氏佐剂 (含卡介苗 )多次免疫大鼠 ,或联合腹腔注射百日咳杆菌原液 (细菌数为 4 0× 10 10 个 /只 ) ,制成实验性肌炎模型 ,观察其在血清肌酶、血清抗肌球蛋白抗体、肌电图、病理的改变。结果 发现其与人类多发性肌炎 (PM)在临床症状、肌酶、肌电图、病理上的改变有相似之处。结论 可作为研究人类多发性肌炎 (PM )的一个重要手段 ,为人类肌炎的发病机理和治疗提供较好的动物模型
Objective To study the method of making an animal model of experimental autoimmune myositis. Methods The guinea pig skeletal muscle myosin (protein concentration of 6g / L and 3g / L) plus complete Freund’s adjuvant (BCG-containing) multiple immunization of rats, or in combination with intraperitoneal injection of Bordetella pertussis (4 0 × 10 10 / only), made of experimental myositis model, observed in serum muscle enzymes, serum anti-myosin antibody, EMG, pathological changes. The results showed that the human polymyositis (PM) in clinical symptoms, muscle enzymes, EMG, pathological changes have similarities. Conclusions It can be used as an important method to study human polymyositis (PM) and provide a good animal model for the pathogenesis and treatment of human myositis
