肾血管性高血压(RVH)是继发性高血压中较常见的一种类型。文献报道其发生率为0.2～10%,我国首钢工人为0.4%。由于本病可手术治愈或改善,故术前应明确诊断并给以有效治疗。 Renal vascular hypertension (RVH) is the more common type of secondary hypertension. Reported the incidence of 0.2% to 10%, China’s Shougang workers was 0.4%. As the disease can be cured or improved surgery, it should be clearly diagnosed preoperative and give effective treatment.
