压电晶片是超声探头的核心元件,其工作性能将直接影响探头的工作效果。本文采用实验所用的压电晶片同时进行了实验与仿真分析来研究压电晶片的外在电压激励影响研究。以PZT-5压电陶瓷晶片为研究对象,其压电材料参数及介质材料参数均来源于实验中对应材料。采用ANSYS有限元分析软件,建立了压电晶片的压电效应模型模型,分析压电晶片的振动,研究压电晶片振动声压分布。
Piezoelectric chip is the core component of the ultrasonic probe, its performance will directly affect the work of the probe. In this paper, the experimental use of the piezoelectric wafer at the same time experimental and simulation analysis to study the piezoelectric wafer external voltage excitation effect. PZT-5 piezoelectric ceramic wafer as the research object, the piezoelectric material parameters and dielectric material parameters are derived from the corresponding materials in the experiment. The finite element analysis software ANSYS was used to establish the piezoelectric effect model of piezoelectric wafer. The vibration of piezoelectric wafer was analyzed and the vibrational pressure distribution of piezoelectric wafer was studied.
