目的 :探讨老年男性 2型糖尿病患者骨密度 (BMD)与血清胰岛素样生长因子 - 1 (IGF- 1 )及性激素水平的相关性。方法 :采用双能 X线骨密度仪测定老年男性 2型糖尿病患者的骨密度 ,随机筛选出 4 4例骨质疏松患者和 5 0例无骨质疏松患者 ,分别测定其 IGF- 1、血雌二醇 (E2 )、睾酮 (T)、空腹血糖 (FBS)、空腹胰岛素 (FINS)等值 ,进行对照、比较、研究。结果 :老年男性 2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松患者血清 IGF- 1及 T水平比无骨质疏松的老年男性 2型糖尿病患者明显降低 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;IGF- 1与第二、三腰椎 BMD呈正相关 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;T与第二、三腰椎 ,Ward’s区 ,前臂远端的 BMD呈正相关 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;IGF- 1与 T呈正相关 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :IGF- 1是一个骨生成的强刺激因子 ,其与 T在老年男性 2型糖尿病人骨质疏松发生及发展中起着重要的作用。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between bone mineral density (BMD) and serum insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) and sex hormone in elderly men with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods: Bone mineral density (BMD) in elderly men with type 2 diabetes mellitus was measured by dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry. Forty-four osteoporosis patients and 50 osteoporosis-free patients were screened randomly. IGF-1, (E2), testosterone (T), fasting blood glucose (FBS), fasting insulin (FINS) and other values, for comparison, comparison and study. Results: The levels of serum IGF-1 and T in elderly men with type 2 diabetes mellitus and osteoporosis were significantly lower than those in type 2 diabetes without osteoporosis (P <0.05) Lumbar BMD was positively correlated (P <0.05); T was positively correlated with BMD in the second lumbar, lumbar, Ward’s and distal forearm (P <0.05); IGF-1 was positively correlated with T (P < 0 .0 5). CONCLUSION: IGF-1 is a strong stimulator of osteogenesis and plays an important role in the pathogenesis and progression of osteoporosis in elderly male type 2 diabetic patients.
