最近,我们大众日报群众工作部全体做通联工作的同志,讨论了怎样对待和处理群众信稿问题。在讨论中,大家认为,所谓处理好通讯员的信稿,应该包括两个方面。第一,是充分运用群众信稿,把凡是能够利用的信稿,尽可能以各种不同的形式表现到版面上来。这是来信来稿群众的主要要求,也是广大读者的普遍要求(从这个意义上讲,编辑工作是我们群众工作的重要组成部分);第二,凡是需要复信的信稿,应该采取各种方式,都向作者作出交代,尽可能地在思想上、政策上、业务上给予指导和帮助。过去,我们实际上是按照这两个方面的要求去做的,
