对于中国掌管房地产调控的政府职能部门来说,居民住房的房价究竟涨了多少,始终是一个“极为敏感”的数据。因为它的高低,不仅关系到对现有政府调控政策优劣和行政执行力好坏的评价,而且还直接可能引发国家出台新的房地产和住房“调控政策”。但最近出现的一系列房价“数据打架”事件,使越来越多的人开始怀疑,中国的房价数据究竟有多少“科学性”和“可信性”;在这些数据冲突的背后,究竟隐藏着什么样的“真相”。
