应用5种不同浓度溴隐亭溶液与离体精液混合孵育,观察其对体外精子受精功能的影响。结果表明,浓度为10mmol/L的溴隐亭溶液可明显抑制精子的存活率和其对宫颈粘液的穿透能力,与对照组相比差异有极显著性意义(P<0.01);而其它4种浓度的溴隐亭溶液对精子功能的影响差异无显著性(P>0.05)。提示经阴道应用溴隐亭治疗高泌乳素血症引起的女性不育症时,小剂量用药对精子功能并无明显干扰。
Application of 5 different concentrations of bromocriptine mixed with semen mixed incubation to observe its effect on sperm in vitro fertilization. The results showed that bromocriptine at a concentration of 10 mmol / L significantly inhibited the survival rate of sperm and its ability to penetrate cervical mucus, which was significantly different from the control group (P <0.01) The other four concentrations of bromocriptine solution on sperm function was no significant difference (P> 0.05).
