财务共享服务中心以资源集中处理的方式对分布在不同时空区域的财会业务进行秩序上与结构上的优化,使其集中于一个中心系统得到解决,从而达到降低企业运营成本,实现企业高效的价值输出。然而财务共享服务中心在实践过程中却暴露出很多问题诸如目标定位不清晰、员工角色职责错位、高离职率等。作者在深入分析财务共享中心现存问题基础上提出了推动企业财务共享服务中心有效运行的对策。
Financial sharing service center to orderly and structurally optimize the accounting business distributed in different space-time areas by way of resource centralized processing, so that it can be concentrated in a central system to be solved, so as to reduce the operating cost of the enterprise and realize the high-efficient value of the enterprise Output. However, in the practice of financial sharing service center, it exposes a lot of problems such as unclear target orientation, dislocation of employee role, high turnover rate and so on. On the basis of deeply analyzing the existing problems in the financial sharing center, the author puts forward the countermeasures to promote the effective operation of the enterprise financial sharing service center.
