1.概述驱动系统的机械制动器对传动的可靠性具有决定性的影响。倘若起重机起升机构的制动器失灵,能导致重物坠落,危及人身和货物的安全。由于机械制动器是通过摩擦把能量转换为热量,所以摩擦结合的可靠程度具有重大意义。在汽车制造业,多年来都以接近于实用的条件对摩擦结合进行试验。摩擦衬垫在投入使用之前,必须经历一系列模拟实际运行条件的试验,以证明其适用性。但对工业设备制动器的摩擦衬垫,通常不作这样的检验,因为这种制动器的需要量较少,工作条件也极不相同, 1.
