所谓教学反思,是指教师对教育教学实践的再认识、再思考,并以此来总结经验教训,进一步提高教育教学水平的过程。一直以来,幼儿园都将立足于教育现场、教育案例进行的教学反思作为促进教师专业成长和教育教学水平提升的重要途径,让教师学会反思,习惯反思也是幼儿园教研人员力促教师发展的重要载体。但回顾幼儿园教研人员对教师教学反思能力的指导过程,笔者发现:教研人员对如何提升教师教学反思能力较为欠缺,不是仅仅充当了一个议课活动的
The so-called teaching reflection refers to the teacher’s re-understanding of education and teaching practice, re-thinking, and in order to sum up experience and lessons to further improve the level of education and teaching process. For a long time, kindergartens have regarded teaching reflections based on education sites and educational cases as an important way to promote the professional growth of teachers and enhance the teaching level of teaching. Teachers ’introspection and habitual reflection are also important carriers for kindergarten teachers and researchers to promote teachers’ development. However, review kindergarten teaching and research staff on the teaching of teachers’ ability to reflect the guidance process, the author found that: teaching and research staff on how to enhance the ability of teachers to reflect more on the lack of teaching, not just act as an argumentative activity
