通过对两种新型三维槽型铣刀片-大前角铣刀片、波形刃铣刀片和平前刀面直刃铣刀片的铣削力进行对比实验研究,分别建立了直线刃和波形刃铣刀片铣削力的数学模型,并编制了计算机程序对铣削力进行了预测,其结果与实验结果的变化趋势符合较好,可用于铣刀片粮型的开发及优选.
