目的探讨燃煤型氟暴露对成人血清骨形态发生蛋白-2(BMP-2)和BMP-3表达的影响。方法于2013年9月,对贵州省六盘水市水城县陡箐乡(氟病区)和花嘎乡(对照区)成人进行氟斑牙诊断和尿氟检测,使用酶联免疫吸附法检测血清BMP-2、BMP-3浓度。结果燃煤型氟中毒病区成人氟斑牙检出率为72.58%(90/124),高于对照区[8.96%(6/67)],且病区成人尿氟浓度高于对照区,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);病区成人血清BMP-2、BMP-3浓度与对照区比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);氟病区及对照区成人血清BMP-2、BMP-3浓度在不同性别间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);氟病区18~39岁组成人血清BMP-2浓度较对照区高,差异有统计学意义(Z=-2.186,P<0.05);而其余各年龄段成人血清BMP-2、BMP-3浓度均无明显变化。氟病区成人血清BMP-2、BMP-3浓度在不同氟斑牙分度及尿氟浓度间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论过量的氟可能导致成人血清BMP-2浓度升高,氟可能是影响血清BMP-2表达的因素之一。
Objective To investigate the effects of coal-exposed fluoride on the expression of bone morphogenetic protein-2 (BMP-2) and BMP-3 in adults. Methods In September 2013, the diagnosis of dental fluorosis and urinary fluoride testing were performed on adults in Dapu Township (Fluorosis Area) and Huaga Township (Control Area) in Shuicheng County, Guizhou Province. Serum BMP levels were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay -2, BMP-3 concentration. Results The detection rate of dental fluorosis in burned fluorosis group was 72.58% (90/124), higher than that in control group [8.96% (6/67)], and the urinary fluoride concentration in adult patients was higher than that in control group. (P <0.01). There was no significant difference in serum BMP-2 and BMP-3 concentrations between the two groups (P> 0.05) (P> 0.05). The serum concentration of BMP-2 in adult aged 18-39 years in fluorosis group was higher than that in control group (P <0.05), the difference was statistically significant (Z = -2.186, P <0.05), while there was no significant difference in the serum concentrations of BMP-2 and BMP-3 among the other age groups. There was no significant difference in the serum levels of BMP-2 and BMP-3 among fluorosis patients between different dental fluorosis densities and urinary fluoride concentrations (P> 0.05). Conclusion Excessive fluoride may lead to elevated serum concentration of BMP-2 in adults, and fluoride may be one of the factors affecting the expression of BMP-2 in serum.
