当前广东省高职院校旅游专业人才培养的突出问题是专业教育与行业需求脱节,有必要根据行业需求探讨新的高职人才培养模式。本文首先总结当前高职旅游专业的教育现状及问题,然后分析了广东省旅游行业现状,进而讨论高职院校旅游专业人才培养的对策。 At present, the outstanding problem of the training of tourism professionals in higher vocational colleges in Guangdong Province is that professional education is out of line with the needs of the industry. Therefore, it is necessary to explore a new mode of training higher vocational personnel according to the needs of the industry. This article first summarizes the present situation and problems of tourism education in higher vocational colleges, then analyzes the current situation of tourism industry in Guangdong Province, and then discusses the countermeasures for training tourism professionals in higher vocational colleges.
