随着世界体育竞技水平的日益提高,运动员膳食营养工作的重要性愈显突出。为了更好的了解竞技体校青少年运动员的营养状况,为今后膳食营养改善工作提供有利依据,特此对北体附属竞技体校进行膳食调查,结果发现男运动员:总热量摄入不足,早餐摄入过少,晚餐摄入过多;碳水化合物摄入略低,脂肪摄入略高于推荐值;VA摄入不足,VB1、VB2、VC偏少;锌摄入不足。女运动员:总热量不足,早餐摄入过少,晚餐摄入过多,加餐摄入较多;碳水化合物摄入比例过少;VA、VB1偏少;钙摄入偏低,锌摄入不足。因此加强运动员及食堂工作人员的基础营养知识,完善饮食结构是目前重要的措施之一。
