为探讨科研所不同职业人员的心理社会因素和心理健康状况 ,作者采用症状自评量表 (SCL - 90 )、艾森克个性问卷 (EPQ)和生活事件量表对 1 2 7名不同职业的在职人员进行测查。SCL - 90结果表明行政人员的总分、阳性项目数、总均分高于工人组和技术人员组 ,躯体化、抑郁、恐惧和其它问题高于其它两个组 ;EPQ结果表明行政人员的P分高于工人和技术人员 ,技术人员的E分高于行政人员和工人 ;生活事件结果表明 ,技术人员的正性生活事件高于其它两个组。由此可得出结论 :行政人员的心理健康状况较差 ,应提高行政人员的心理健康水平 ,以适应当前的环境 ;技术人员的心理健康状况较好 ,个性稳定 ,对外界适应良好。
In order to explore the psychosocial factors and mental health status of different occupations in research institutes, the authors used the Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL - 90), Eysenck Personality Inventory (EPQ) and Life Events Scale In-service staff to conduct a survey. SCL - 90 results showed that administrative staff ’s total scores, the number of positive items, the total average score higher than the workers and technical staff, somatization, depression, fear and other problems than the other two groups; EPQ results show that the administrative staff of P The scores of technicians were higher than that of executives and workers. The results of life events showed that the positive life events of technicians were higher than those of the other two groups. It can be concluded that: administrative staff’s mental health status is poor, should improve the administrative staff’s mental health level to adapt to the current environment; technicians mental health is better, personality stability, good adaptation to the outside world.
