茶叶是我省一项大宗经济作物,茶园面积和各类茶的产量比建国初期增长了4倍多,茶叶品质也相应提高;同时,还创制出“茗眉”“庐山云雾”“梁渡银针”等品质独具风格的名茶;驰名中外的“狗牯脑茶”“双井绿”等历史名茶,也恢复了生产。但是,从我省悠久的种茶历史,适宜的气候条件,丰富的红壤资源来看,茶叶生产发展仍然不算快的,若与毗邻的兄弟省比较更为逊色了。 Tea is a major cash crop in our province.
