综述了我国主要对虾养殖品种对蛋白质和各种氨基酸的营养需求和量化指标。分析了各品种对糖类的利用率.以及某些糖类在对虾兔疫系统中的作用,并报道了对虾对糖类的需要量。
The nutritional requirements and quantitative indexes of protein and amino acids in the main shrimp culture breeds in China were summarized. The utilization of sugars by various cultivars, the role of some sugars in the immune system of shrimp, and the need of carbohydrates for shrimp were also reported.
