γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)广泛存在于植物中,是植物细胞游离氨基酸中重要组分之一。农作物中的GABA具有贮存氮素、诱导激素产生、调节作物生长发育和调控信号传导等作用,由于其重要的生理功能而备受学者关注。本文综述了逆境胁迫下作物体内GABA的合成途径、积累机制及其在逆境响应中的可能作用。
γ-Aminobutyric acid (GABA) is widely found in plants and is one of the important components of free amino acids in plant cells. GABA in crops has the function of storing nitrogen, inducing hormone production, regulating crop growth and regulating signal transduction, and is attracting the attention of scholars due to its important physiological functions. In this paper, the synthesis pathways of GABA, its accumulation mechanism and its possible role in stress response under stress are summarized.
