立定三级跳远是当前体育高考招生的一项身体素质测试内容,它要求学生不但要有良好的专项技术,而且还要有弹跳力、平衡能力、协调性和节奏感。它的技术要求比较高,往往学生投入了大量的时间去练习,吃了很多苦,流了很多汗,成绩还是难以提高,导致学生训练的积极性不高,心理负担过重,然而,要提高立定三级跳远成绩并非一件易事,那么怎样才能提高立定三级跳远成绩呢?笔者在长期的教学与训练实践中总结出如下几点做法。
