为研究不同体育教育模式对大学生心理健康水平的影响,本文采用测量法、数理统计法等,对全国部分高校的1263名大学生的心理健康水平进行了测量,结果表明:非体育专业学生心理健康水平低,体育教育专业学生出现了心理耗竭现象。大学二年级男生心理健康水平较低。研究显示,非体育专业大学生体育教育模式应增加体育课时,丰富参与形式,尤其针对大学二年级男学生。体育教育专业体育教育模式应优化课程设置,着重解决术科课程过于集中问题。大学辅导员应利用课余时间组织多种多样的活动,合理安排心理辅导,以改善大学生心理健康水平,促进大学生心理发展。
In order to study the impact of different PE modes on the mental health of college students, this paper measured the mental health of 1263 undergraduates in some colleges and universities by means of measurement and mathematical statistics. The results showed that the mental health of non-PE majors Low, physical education students appeared psychological depletion phenomenon. Second-year college boys mental health level is low. Research shows that non-physical education college students physical education model should be increased when the rich participation in the form, especially for college sophomores male students. Physical education should optimize the physical education model of curriculum, focusing on solving the problem of excessive concentration of technical courses. University counselors should use their spare time to organize a variety of activities, psychological counseling arrangements to improve the mental health of college students and promote the psychological development of college students.
