胰腺平滑肌肉瘤少见,现报告1例如下:患者,女,46岁.因发现左上腹肿物4个月余,于1992年11月20日入院.患者于4个月前发现左上腹有一包块,无痛,约10cm大小,不影响进食及劳动.肿物逐渐长大,进食后自觉上腹胀满,无腹痛及呕吐、腹泻等,至入院前腹部包块已至20cm大小.体验:T36.8℃,Bp15/13kpa.全身表浅淋巴结无肿大,心肺正常.左上腹部略凸起,可触及20×10cm肿物.下界于肋下5cm,质硬,活动性差.触之光滑,轻压痛,随呼吸稍有移动.肠鸣音正常.化验:血、尿、粪常规正常.Hb120g/L,血型“O”,胸片未见异常.钡灌肠造影:肠管各部均未见异常.全消化道造影:左 Pancreatic leiomyosarcoma is rare and is now reported as follows: Patient, female, 46 years old.
