禹县从1979年开始,在17个乡卫生院门诊开展了发热病人疟原虫镜检工作,经过几年来的努力,建立了一套较为完整的管理制度,使血检数量和质量有了很大提高。1983年发热病人血检达3.8万人,镜检复盖范围75.9万人,血检率占辖区人口的5.01％,占全县总人的3.95％,推动了疟疾防治工作的深入发展。七月份我们在该县进往了调查,八月上旬有该县召开了全县镜检站工作经验交流会。现将情况报告如下。
Since 1979, Yu County began carrying out microscopic examination of feverish patients with Plasmodium in 17 township health clinics. After several years of hard work, a relatively complete management system has been set up to make the quantity and quality of blood tests very large improve. In 1983, 38,000 people were diagnosed as having fever, 759,000 people were covered by microscopic examination, and 5.01% of the population covered the examination area, accounting for 3.95% of the total population in the county. This promoted the further development of malaria control. In July, we conducted a survey in the county. In early August, there was a county-level inspection station work experience exchange meeting held by this county. Now the situation is reported as follows.
