长期以来,钻杆腐蚀问题一直未引起足够的重视。随着钻井深度不断增加,钻含有酸性气体地层所遇到的腐蚀问题则日趋严重,钻杆断裂事故经常发生,影响了钻井时效,造成了经济上的损失。因此,近年来钻杆腐蚀问题引起了国内外钻井工作者的普遍重视。四川地区于五千米以上的超深井及川东,川西北等高含硫地区钻井过程中亦已遇到钻杆腐蚀问题。本文对引起钻杆腐蚀的主要因子氧、二氧化碳,硫化氢的腐蚀机理及脱除或抑制这些腐蚀因子的方法作系统介绍,并介绍了当前美,苏等国控制腐蚀因子的方法。
For a long time, the corrosion of drill pipe has not been given enough attention. As the depth of drilling increases, the corrosion problems encountered in the formation containing acidic gases become more and more serious. Drill pipe fracture accidents often occur, affecting drilling aging and resulting in economic losses. Therefore, in recent years, the problem of corrosion of drill pipe has attracted widespread attention of drilling workers at home and abroad. Drill pipe corrosion problems have also been encountered during the drilling process in ultra-deep wells above 5 km in Sichuan Province and in areas with high sulfur content such as Chuandong and Northwest Sichuan. This paper systematically introduces the corrosion mechanism of oxygen, carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide which cause the corrosion of drill pipe and the methods of removing or inhibiting these corrosion factors. At the same time, the methods of controlling corrosion factors in the United States, Soviet Union and other countries are introduced.
