本文对湖南省结核病患病率与死亡率非同步下降的原因进行了分析。认为，系发现后的病人未进行正规治疗管理，致复治病人累积的结果。结核病死亡率与患病率非同步下降；已知病人，特别是复治病人增多和平均患病年龄增大，是非正规治疗管理下的结核病疫情特征。
This article analyzes the causes of the non-synchronized decline of tuberculosis morbidity and mortality in Hunan Province. It is believed that the discovered patients did not undergo regular treatment and management and resulted in the cumulative results of patients. Asymptomatic TB mortality and morbidity decline; known patients, especially in patients with re-treatment increased and the average age of sickness increased, is the characteristics of non-formal treatment and management of tuberculosis epidemic.
