诊断核医学是放射性核素在医学诊断中应用的科学。核诊断的基本条件之一是放射性药物。放射性元素锝具有优良的核物理特性,极适合诊断使用。目前应用最广最重要的是 ̄(99m)Tc标记的放射性药物。锝是过渡金属元素,化学性质十分活泼,具有很强的络合能力。应用 ̄99Mo── ̄(99m)Tc发生器可以很容易得到Na ̄(99m)TcO_4。用氯化亚锡可将 ̄(99m)TcO_4-还原至低价态,经与特定的络合剂络合可制成各种 ̄(99m)Tc—络合物。将这些 ̄(99m)To络合物作为放射性药物引入人体,可选择性地使某些脏器组织显像,以诊断疾病。
Diagnostic nuclear medicine is the science of radionuclide application in medical diagnosis. One of the basic conditions for nuclear diagnosis is radiopharmaceuticals. Radioactive element technetium has excellent nuclear physics and is very suitable for diagnosis. At present, the most widely used and the most important is ~ (99m) Tc labeled radiopharmaceuticals. Technetium is a transition metal, chemical activity is very lively, with strong complexing ability. Na ~ (99m) TcO_4 can be easily obtained by using 99m Tc generator. With stannous chloride ~ (99m) TcO_4- can be reduced to a low valence state, complexed with a specific complexing agent can be made into various (99m) Tc-complex. The 99mTo complexes are introduced into the body as radiopharmaceuticals to selectively visualize certain tissues of organs to diagnose the disease.
