通过对在疲劳载荷作用下渗碳齿轮钢次表层亚结构的观察发现有持续滑移带形成。片状马氏体中持续滑移带相互平行;板条马氏体中持续滑移带呈类似河流的花样。初步探讨了持续滑移带的成因及微裂纹的形成。
By observing subsurface structure of carburized gear steel under fatigue load, it is found that there is a continuous slip band formation. The continuous slip bands in lamellar martensite are parallel to each other; the continuous slip band in martensite lath resembles a river-like pattern. The causes of sustained slip band and the formation of microcracks were discussed preliminarily.
